Our team consists of experienced engineers, designers and support staff specialising. In addition to our manufacturing capability, Baitu Valve also has full design capability. Our experienced engineers are always available to provide clients with the solution to difficult valve applications.

In early 2022, Baitu established its Technology R&D Center to integrate its research, development, production and engineering departments, and act as the headquarters of technology development for the entire company. 

By centralizing all R&D functions, and gathering engineers in a wide range of fields into an undivided R&D organization, the center exhibits comprehensive capabilities, promotes fusion of technologies, and creates new technologies and advanced products. The Center has a critical role as the R&D bases of Baitu’s headquarters in increasing importance of overseas business.
